We are able to ship to most countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all Import Duties / Customs Taxes and local Sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price. We are also able to ship to many other countries on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. AFAMILYSPIRIT.COM does not ship to PO boxes.

• What are the delivery costs ?
• All deliveries are shipped by Colissimo for France and shipped by DHL for European Union (countries mentioned above) and for Zone 4 and Zone 5.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
• How can I return or exchange an order on AFAMILYSPIRIT.COM ?
You can return an item purchased from www.afamilyspirit.com up to seven days after the delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging and with its receipt. We offer free returns for France. However if you have made your purchase from outside of France then the cost of the return is at your expense.
If you wish to return an item you can do so by sending us an e amil to serviceàfamilyspirit.com explaining your request and the motives of your return.
Your request will then by taking into account by out Customer service department, the item to be exchanged or returned will be sent in a delay of 7 calendar days following the notification of your return request. As soon as we receive the products you will receive an e-mail confirming that the exchange or return has been taken care of. In the case of an exchange, we will send you the new items in the shortest delay. In the case of a return we will issue a credit of the value of the purchases returned or we will refund the value of the items returned in a maximum delay of 30 days.

The care label provides information of how to look after your AFAMILYSPIRIT clothes. However, if in doubt you can always contact our Customer Service department.
• Can there be a difference of colour from the photo of the item on the web site and the product itself ?
Each computer screen has different calibre, so there can be some slight differences in colour. In case of doubts about a colour don’t hesitate to contact our customer service department.

• Which sizes are available on AFAMILYSPIRIT.COM?
• AFAMILYSPIRIT.COM has sizes from birth - 10 years old.
• For adults, the sizes are Small (S), Medium (M) and Large (L) for a woman and for men Medium (M) and Large (L) and Extra Large (XL).

• How do I know which size to choose?
